Let's Party - Some Exciting News!!!!!

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday! :)  I'm so sorry I haven't been around much the last week, things are crazy busy around here with work and preparing for the Thanksgiving holiday.  I did however manage to take a break and get into the craft room.  I'm so excited to share some wonderful news.  As any of you who have been to my blog in the past know, I am CRAZY about Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.  A while back, Kim had a DT call.  I didn't make the permanent team, but I was honored to be asked to guest design for the month of December!!!!!  I couldn't believe it, I'm so, so, so excited and honored.  Kim let me get a little jump on my guest design stint to participate in this week's Wonderful Wednesday challenge over at the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge Blog.

Would you like MORE chances to win our awesome Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps? Head on over to the Challenge Blog for a chance to win.  Each Wednesday (except on release preview weeks) we are posting some creations by our fabulous Krafty Girls and we're asking YOU to share your Kraftin' Kimmie kreations for a chance to WIN!! There are three chances to enter for each month of Wonderful Wednesdays...... but this is the last one for November!! And as always....it's ANYTHING GOES!!!  Here's my card for the challenge:

For my card, I just had to ink up this adorable image.  She's called Julie and I just love her.  I of course colored her with my copics.  Here are the colors I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: E21, E25, E29
Cake, gift ribbon, and belt: E42, E43, E44, E47
Pinks: RV000, R81, R83, R85, R89
Blues: BG000, BG01, BG05, BG09
Shoes: C3, C5, C7

I created my card base out of SU cardstock.  My DP is from MME.  I added a bow, from Michael's, and some roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The banner was made from a La La Lands Crafts die.  The cute sentiment comes with the image.  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today.  Thank you so much for stopping by and make sure to stop by the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge Blog and see the rest of the creations from the DT and also please join us in this week's challenge.  Also, don't forget to stop by my blog during the month of December as I get to showcase so many amazing stamps.  Big hugs! :)

Happy Christmas Little Star

Hi everyone and Happy Thursday! :)  I hope you are all having a wonderful week!  It's my turn to post my DT card over at the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog so I'll get right to it.

How sweet is this image?  She's called Happy Christmas Little Star and I just LOVE her!  I love all of the sweet All Dressed Up Stamps, they are all so adorable and unique; there's just nothing else on the market like them and I just love them.  I of course colored her with my copics.  Here are the copics I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: E21, E25, E29
Pinks: RV000, R81, R83, R85
Blues: BG000, BG01, BG05, BG09
Yellows: Y35, Y38, E18
Bunny: W2, W4, W6

I also added lots of glitter for sparkle (here's a tip for adding glitter: put Glossy Accents all over where you want your glitter, then dump your glitter over the Glossy Accents, tap off the excess, and let it dry; it sticks great and looks extra shiny).  I created my card base out of SU cardstock.  My DP is from Recollections (Michael's).  I added a bow and some roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.  The die cuts were made using a Memory Box die.  Here are a couple more pictures:

What do you think?  Well, that's it from me today.  Thanks so much for stopping by :)

Have a Sweet Holiday

Hi everyone and Happy Wednesday! :)  Today starts a new challenge over at the 7 Kids College Fund Challenge Blog.  The challenge is anything goes so please stop by the blog, check out the rest of the DT creations, and play along :)  Here's my card:

For my card today, I just had to ink up this adorable image.  She's called Grace by Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps.  I inked her up with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and stamped her onto Copic Xpress Blending Card.  I of course colored the image with Copic Markers.  Here are the colors I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: E21, E25, E29
Pinks: RV000, R81, R83, R85
Blues: BG000, BG01, BG05, BG09
Tray: W2, W4, W6
Gingerbread cookies: E41, E42, E43, E44

My DP is from MME.  The flourish was made using the Quinn Flourish die from Memory Box Dies.  I added some flowers and a bow.  I always use Scor Tape to adhere my flowers and bows, works perfectly every time.  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today.  Thanks so much as always for stopping by and make sure to stop by 7 Kids College Fund for all your crafting needs.

Snowman Fun

Hi everyone and Happy Sunday! :)  I hope you are all having a fabulous weekend.  I have a new card to share with you today so I'll get right to it:

For my card today, I just had to ink up this adorable image.  It's called Winter Wishes Wryn by Tiddly Inks and I just love her!  I inked the image with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and stamped her onto Copic Xpress Blending Card.  I of course colored the image with Copic Markers.  Here are the colors I used:

Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20
Hair: E21, E25, E29
Pinks: RV000, R81, R83, R85, R89
Black: C3, C5, C9
Shadow: W2, W4, Blender

My DP is from MME.  I added lots of glitter.  Here's a tip for adding glitter: spread Glossy Accents over the area and then dump your glitter over it, then tap the excess off.  The Glossy Accents holds the glitter really well and when it dries, it's extra shiny because the Glossy Accents leaves a nice sheen with the glitter on top.  I also added a ribbon and roses from Wild Orchid Crafts (I always use Scor Tape to adhere my flowers and bows, it works perfectly every time).  Here's a picture that shows the glitter a bit better:

What do you think?  Well, that's it from me today.  Thanks so much for stopping by and make sure to stop by 7 Kids College Fund for all your crafting needs.

Love is in the Air

Hi everyone and Happy Friday :)  I'm so excited the weekend is almost here, this has been one crazy work week.  Sorry for my lack of posting and commenting this week, I will get caught up this weekend :)  I'm so excited to share my card with you today.  The new challenge is up over at the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog.  Our challenge this time is ribbons or lace.  We are also debuting two new images over at All Dressed Up Stamps so make sure to check them out :)

For my card today, I just had to use this new image called Love Is in the Air.  I absolutely adore this image and it was oh so fun to color.  I printed the image onto  Copic Xpress Blending Card.  I of course colored the image with Copic Markers.  Here are the colors I used:

Blues: BG000, BG01, BG05, BG09
Pinks: RV000, R81, R83, R85
Balloon Baskets: E41, E42, E43, E44, E47
Hair: E21, E25, E29
Skin: E000, E00, E21, E11, R20

I added lots of glitter to the balloons..  Here's a tip for adding glitter: I put Glossy Accents down wherever I want my glitter, then sprinkle my glitter over top (I just use Martha Stewart fine coarse glitter that I got at Michael's).  The Glossy Accents holds the glitter perfectly and when it dries, it is super sparkly.  Love it :)  I created my card base out of SU cardstock.  My DP is from Bo Bunny (last year's Valentine's stack).  The corner embellishments were made using a Memory Box die.  I also added lace with the pink pom poms (this was from the dollar spot at Michael's).  Finally, I added roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.  What do you think?

Well, that's it from me today.  Please stop by the All Dressed Up Challenge Blog to check out all the DT creations and to join in the challenge.  Big hugs!
